About the application …
IT tool for managing documentation of rolling stock maintenance systems. Supports the development, circulation, validation, sharing, publication, correction, updating and control of documents used in DSU. It creates document circulation within organizational units and in a legible form publishes complete documentation binding at a given time. It allows to shorten the time of registering, checking and reviewing documents related to DSU. It uses modern tools for communication and interaction with the group work system, increases the effectiveness of cooperation of relevant system users. The extensive structure of access rights provides system users with access only to relevant documents. It meets the requirements, standards and postulates of appropriate procedures, ensuring high comfort of using the system through IBM Lotus Notes and browsers. Using the data replication mechanism provides the opportunity to work with the system in offline mode. As part of a uniform resource, it facilitates the storage and archiving of documents of the entire organization, allows sharing documents and division of work according to the roles of users. It largely eliminates traditional methods of working with this documentation. The application works independently or in conjunction with other TransLink Master applications.
