Secure access, rights and role management, publication of selected documents within the intranet. It allows to shorten the time of registering, checking and reviewing documents related to the system. It uses modern tools for communication and interaction with the group work system, increases the effectiveness of cooperation of relevant system users. The extensive structure of access rights provides system users with access only to relevant documents. It meets the requirements, standards and postulates of appropriate procedures, ensuring high comfort of using the system through IBM Lotus Notes and browsers. Using the data replication mechanism provides the opportunity to work with the system in offline mode.
