The extensive structure of access rights provides system users with access only to a precisely defined group of employees. It meets the requirements, standards and postulates of appropriate procedures, ensuring high comfort of using the system through IBM Lotus Notes and browsers. Using the data replication mechanism provides the opportunity to work with the system in offline mode. As part of a uniform resource, it facilitates the storage and archiving of documents of the entire organization. It largely eliminates traditional methods of working with this documentation. The application works independently or in conjunction with other TransLink Master applications.
