The SSC FOR RAILWAY suite of applications has helped improve administrative activities as part of service processes, including the allocation of costs to individual rail orders. The rapid increase in the number of documents noted by us, with the simultaneous requirement of precise assignment and multi-level acceptance, meant that we decided to reach for proven, yet convenient to use solutions. The competences, applications and support provided by TransLink Master are based on real experience in the railway industry, extremely important in mutual arrangements and creating solutions dedicated to our sector. The successful implementation has authorized us to extend the functionality to other entities of the Ecco Rail Group, as well as to set internal standards for process document handling.
