Subsequent implementations have become a natural consequence of diligently developed proposals directly responding to the actual needs of our business. Many years of cooperation resulted in a set of process solutions perfectly integrated with the ERP system and realistically supporting our daily operations. In the current phase of cooperation, we focus on the highest levels of document and data management, along with self-service and machines made available to our clients through a dedicated ePortal. Service of inquiries and orders, transport orders, notification or complaints conducted with the use of innovative electronic solutions are just some of the solutions implemented by us, logically connected with each other within the whole environment. The solutions provided by TLM moved us from the discomfort of handling the most difficult areas to use them as a real competitive advantage of our company, fully corresponding to our extremely dynamic development. We also appreciate and still discover the advantages of the Domino & Notes group work platform, thanks to which our communication is effective, convenient and secure.
